Noticing…
/Over time, I began to notice a pattern: what we see structurally does not always reflect lived experience in the body.
Over the last decade, my work has shifted toward supporting people experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, nervous system overload, and stress-related physical tension. This includes many cases where scans, tests, or medical findings do not fully explain the existence and/or the level of symptoms and pain someone is experiencing.
While movement and physical conditioning remain an important part of my practice, my focus has expanded into integrative recovery work.
My approach combines body awareness, nervous system regulation, pain management processes and, as always, movement, provides a full context of what the brain and body may be communicating, pointing the way to the right tools for effective and long lasting relief.
This evolution has come through clinical experience, ongoing learning, formal studies, and working with individuals navigating complex and often misunderstood physical presentations.
