Integrative Recovery Processâ„¢

Structured nervous system + pain recovery + movement integration

If you are living with persistent pain, fatigue, or ongoing physical symptoms, there is often a deeper pattern beneath what you are feeling.

I work with individuals who would like to begin rebuilding a more stable relationship with their body, movement, and nervous system.

About My Work

I’m Hélène Lescoat, Practitioner and Founder of KROMA and the Integrative Recovery Process™.

My work is grounded in over 20 years of experience in movement, coaching, and recovery, supporting people through physical limitation, chronic tension, and long-term nervous system dysregulation.

This approach combines:

• nervous system regulation

• movement re-integration

• pain education and awareness

• structured recovery progression over time

The body is not broken. It is adaptive, responsive, and capable of change when given the right conditions

Work With Me

My Approach

The Integrative Recovery Processâ„¢ is a structured 20-session framework designed to support progressive change over time.

We work in phases to:

• understand your system

• reduce protective patterns

• restore safe movement capacity

• rebuild strength, confidence, and regulation

This is not a quick fix. It is a guided process of reorganization.

Working Within a Collaborative Care Framework

My work is grounded in careful listening, respect for each person’s capacity, and clear professional boundaries. If at any point I sense that additional or different support is needed beyond my scope of practice, I work in collaboration with a trusted network of healthcare and mental health professionals. When appropriate, I may suggest a referral or parallel support to ensure that each person receives the care best suited to their situation. This approach allows the work to remain both supportive and responsible, while honoring the complexity of each individual’s experience.

This work is intended to complement medical or psychological care when appropriate.

I bring over 20 years of experience in movement, coaching, and recovery.
