The Integrative Recovery Process™

This work unfolds in 3 distinct phases, each designed to support a different layer of healing and change: nervous-system stabilization; strength rebuilding; and integration with lived experience.

The pace is intentional. The progress is cumulative. The goal is lasting ease of function and self-trust.

——-

PHASE 1: STABILIZE

Create safety, clarity, and a steady foundation

In this phase, we slow the nervous system down so it can reorganize.

The Focus:

• Ease pressure in the nervous system

• Clarify what’s happening in your body and why

• Establish a rhythm, consistency, and support

• Create conditions where change becomes possible

What many people begin to feel:

“I’m not broken. I understand what’s happening. There is a way forward.”

PHASE 2: REBUILD

Restore strength, confidence, and capacity

Once stability is present, we begin to build — carefully and intentionally.

The Focus:

• Recondition the body with appropriate strength and movement

• Increase vitality and resilience.

• Integrate supportive habits into daily life

• Build confidence in physical movement

What often emerges:

“My body is responding. I have more potential than I thought.”

PHASE 3: INTEGRATE

Develop autonomy, longevity, and self-trust

This phase is about consolidation and independence — so the work endures beyond our sessions.

The Focus:

• Build intelligent and informed training and maintenance routines

• Reinforce trust in your body’s signals and how you understand them

• Confident self-care and decision-making

• Clear, sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing

• Strategies designed for real life and longevity, not short-term fixes

What often emerges:

“I trust myself and I know how to support my body. My vision of my future has expanded.”

Working Within a Collaborative Care Framework

My work is grounded in careful listening, respect for each person’s capacity, and clear professional boundaries. If at any point I sense that additional or different support is needed beyond my scope of practice, I work in collaboration with a trusted network of healthcare and mental health professionals. When appropriate, I may suggest a referral or parallel support to ensure that each person receives the care best suited to their situation. This approach allows the work to remain both supportive and responsible, while honoring the complexity of each individual’s experience. This work is intended to complement medical or psychological care when appropriate.
