I help people make sense of what they are experiencing, rebuild trust in their body, and move forward.
Many clients come to me after months or years of trying to understand what they are experiencing. Tests and scans may not fully explain it, symptoms may fluctuate or change, and stress, uncertainty, or a loss of confidence can become a constant background presence. Sometimes the original problem has changed, but they still don’t feel like themselves. My work is for people dealing with persistent pain, physical symptoms, exhaustion, anxiety, tension, or physical limitation; particularly when the problem has become more complicated than the original injury or diagnosis.
Together, we look at the relationship between your body, nervous system, emotions, movement, and everyday life to understand what may be contributing to what you’re experiencing and progressively rebuild capacity, confidence, and trust.
INTEGRATIVE RECOVERY PROCESS™
A structured approach to recovery for people who feel stuck in a cycle of pain, physical symptoms, exhaustion, anxiety, tension, or difficulty recovering.
The Integrative Recovery Process™ brings together nervous-system principles, pain education, emotions, movement, awareness, and progressive physical practice to help you understand what is happening and create a way forward.
We begin with the six-session Stabilize phase, where we establish a foundation, understand your experience, and begin identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
STABILIZE → REBUILD → INTEGRATE
What clients say
“When I began, I couldn’t walk, bend, or sleep without pain. Hélène’s holistic and adaptable ways completely shifted that. I’m now stronger, have zero back pain, and my flexibility has returned.” — Alex Gosse, Art Director
“I strongly recommend Hélène’s method. Especially if you do repetitive motions, like us musicians; we really need to take care of our bodies and minds, and Hélène is the perfect person for that!” — Cecilia Bernardini, Violinist (Amsterdam)
For musicians / performing artists
I work with professional musicians from leading orchestras and ensembles in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Canada — including singers and instrumentalists based in The Hague, Amsterdam, London, Boston, NYC, Toronto, Vancouver and Regina. My work focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of performance, helping artists and musicians recover from strain, prevent injury, and maintain resilience throughout their careers.
I offer in-person group immersions internationally, creating small, focused spaces for musicians to work with body awareness, nervous system regulation, and performance clarity.
